I’ve developed a love and appreciation for podcasts. I don’t go a single day without listening to at least 1 episode.
If you’re into podcasts, especially one related to growth, creativity, self -help and true crime then this post is for you.
I love listening to podcasts while doing tasks like washing the dishes, folding laundry or simply just tidying up. On occasion I’ll listen to a podcast instead of music while working out.
Below is a list of the podcasts I’ve enjoyed listening to over the past year, some of which are recent discoveries.

Brit and Ashley know how to tell a story giving you the facts while still keeping you hooked.
I had the pleasure of interviewing co-host Shauntay Dunbar on the blog a while ago. She’s such a breathe of fresh air.
Herview Podcast, as the name suggests, offers perspectives from a woman’s point of view.
The podcast covers topics including society, personal storeies and relationships.
