I was on Instagram the other day and someone posted about using ChatGPT as your life coach. It got me thinking…
We are halfway through the year and I’ve been slacking on my goals, bad, I know. I started this year so enthusiastically, even sharing some of my goals with my connect group but I still somehow feel behind.
I too turned to ChatGPT for help and entered all my goals. It responded with a detailed breakdown, showing how I could turn them into daily tasks to achieve by the end of the year. I entered all of my goals and ChatGPT gave me a breakdown of how I could break them into daily goals, achievable by the end of this year. Here’s my current plan:
- Reading 10-20 pages per day to finish 12 books
- Workout 4 to 4 times per week to finish 5 fitness challenges
- Read 1 chapter per day to finish reading the New Testament
I must say, so far, so good. It’s easier to stay motivated when your daily tasks are manageable instead of feeling daunting.
I’ve also come up with a hair care routine to help me with my scalp eczema. My scalp and hair are the healthiest they’ve been in a very long time. No more itching and flaking!
AI is here to stay. We might as well use it to make our lives better and help us to achieve our goals. The goals I’ve shared here are the less serious ones (I’ve asked for help with financial management too) but imagine what you could achieve if you did the same.
I’m not saying you should stop thinking for yourself, but having a little help with planning will help you go a long way and minimize the stress.
GPT is just a tool. You still need to put in the work.
