My Favourite Workouts – Give These A Go

I love working out, it’s one of the best natural stress relievers out there. It helps you look and feel good and you can do it just about anywhere.

The workouts I’ll be sharing in this post, I usually do at home in the main lounge. Just make sure you try these in a place that’s spatial, well-ventilated room so that you can actually breathe.

Below is a list of workouts I found on YouTube that I thoroughly enjoyed from a variety of fitness YouTubers. I have them bookmarked so I can easily find them when I need to.

You can up the ante by adding dumbells or ankle weights to these workouts.

Please remember to stretch before you start your workout and do a cool-down stretch once you’re done to prevent injury and help recovery. Here’s a quick cool-down stretch by MadFit that I like and use often after workouts. Not all the workout videos have cool-downs included so I’ve saved this one.
