I’m all about being fit and healthy that’s why I tried Chloe Ting’s 2-week Shred.
This wasn’t my first time doing one of Chloe’s programmes, however, it was the first time I did it consistently and to completion, all thanks to my dedicated workout buddy.
The great thing about Chloe Ting’s 2-week shred (and most of her programmes from what I’ve seen) is that all you need is yourself and a yoga mat ( a can-do spirit goes a long way too).

My Thoughts on Chloé Ting’s 2-Week Shred
I hadn’t been active for a while when my friend and I started so I was quite stiff and unfit. The very first workout was quite a challenge!
After that, it got way better, more challenging yet more fun!
The Chloé Ting 2-week shred is a 2-week workout programme designed to help you get into shape and depending on how fit you are when you start, you could end up with a 6-pack lol. You can do the 2019 version.
I find the Chloe Ting 2-week shred program to be effective. I feel fitter and leaner already and if I was very strict about what I ate. I’d probably be seeing some definition in my abs by now.
The workouts were challenging enough that by the end of some days, I wanted to cry.
But I mean this in a good way…
Her programme gives you a full-body workout, so you’ll tone, shape and sculpt EVERYTHING! And oh, you’ll definitely feel the burn.
